8066/ System Test Engineer MID

We are currently looking for a mid-level System Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a System Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our systems. You will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, developing and executing test protocols, and reporting any defects. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality standards while driving improvements in our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and develop test strategies for different components.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify defects and document them clearly for further investigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the testing process to resolve any issues.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on test results.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software/system testing, preferably in the automotive sector.

- Proficient in automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet.

- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Vector tools, LabVIEW, and/or MATLAB).

- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, particularly Python.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.
