We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising complex engineering projects, ensuring that objectives are met in terms of costs, quality, and timelines. We seek a professional with analytical and leadership skills, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities:

• Uses project management tools (such as Microsoft Project) to identify, analyze, and control risks.
• Maintains daily updated project schedule.
• Identifies risks promptly, communicates them, and establishes strategies to mitigate them.
• Facilitates effective communication between different teams and levels of the organization, and generates reports on project status. At an operational level, communicates progress, problems, and changes to project stakeholders.
• Continuously seeks ways to improve project management processes and optimize project performance.
• Ensures projects meet established quality standards.
• Eases communication between different disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Manages human and material resources necessary for project tasks in an efficient manner. .

Requirements:

• Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineer.
• Medical or food industry experience.
• Structure, order, and organization.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Executive presentations.
• Experience as Project Manager, managing projects similar to those involving the intervention of different disciplines, primarily related to construction and startup of clean areas in the pharmaceutical industry.
