Legal Counsel Work Location: Changi site office Working days: 5 days 8am to 5pm Salary: $12k to $15k (depends on experience) Requirements Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house (preferably in the construction industry) Deep knowledge and understanding of construction laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in Singapore Job Description Ensure the legal integrity of contracts to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties involved. This includes reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing legal advice to project stakeholders.
