(64) ADJUNCT PHARMACIST (F/H) (Based in Coarraze)

Job titles or functions are declined in both feminine and masculine forms. As an Adjunct Pharmacist, you will join a dynamic team for a full-time permanent position. Under the responsibility of a pharmacy manager, you will actively participate in managing, provisioning, preparing, controlling, and dispensing medications and medical devices.
Your missions will include :
Manage the health product circuit: from procurement to distribution, ensuring traceability.
Assist the pharmacy manager in piloting medical expenses and developing the annual budget.
Contribute to clinical pharmacy activity by participating notably in medication reconciliation.
Participate in establishment instances and different working groups (hygiene, quality, etc.).
Ensure regulatory vigilance and participate in sanitary vigilance (pharmacovigilance, materiovigilance).
This position is a 213-day package per year (equivalent to full-time), with flexible hours from 8am to 6pm without any constraints or night shifts. You will benefit from 25 days of leave and 15 RTT. A relocation allowance is planned for people who need to relocate. We are looking for a professional holder of the DES in hospital pharmacy, necessarily registered or inscribable with the Order of Pharmacists, section H. Prior experience in a hospital setting is an asset, but we welcome and appreciate particularly junior profiles eager to invest and evolve.
