5019 - Systems Integration Engineer

ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer with experience in Ignition (Inductive Automation) and OPC UA/DA protocols. This position focuses on establishing communication between industrial systems, real-time data visualization, and performance dashboard generation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, and validate communication between systems through OPC UA/DA protocols.
• Configure and develop solutions with Ignition for real-time data visualization (dashboards, KPIs, alerts).
• Generate performance, efficiency, and cycle time graphs.
• Coordinate the implementation of industrial monitoring and connectivity between SCADA systems, PLCs, and databases.
• Support integration of control logic with PLCs when necessary.
• Collaborate with the simulation and production team to align visualized information with plant objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in industrial systems integration.
• Intermediate knowledge of Ignition (desirable certification from Inductive University).
• Experience with OPC UA/DA implementation.
• Able to generate intuitive and informative dashboards.
• Deseable: basic experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Ability to work independently and proactive attitude.
