5018 PMO Data Analyst (PowerBi/Excel) IE2

The Design and Release will provide support to Interior Engineering teams in project tracking for seats and will act as PMO with Interior, Mechatronics, and NVH teams through high-quality project coordination, data analysis, and report generation using Excel and PowerBi tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and modification of CAD models for seat components
  • Participate in design reviews and technical feasibility analyses.
  • Track validation component tests
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Document engineering changes (ECNs) and provide support for part releases in PLM systems (such as Teamcenter).
  • Support the resolution of manufacturing or quality-related problems related to design.
  • Support planning, programming, and tracking of engineering activities in Interior, Mechatronics, and NVH teams.
  • Consolidate schedules, deliverables, and milestones from engineering leaders.
  • Assist in risk management and incident handling, maintaining records and following up on mitigation actions.
  • Prepare periodic status reports and present updates to the Business Manager.
  • Gather, debug, and analyze data from multiple engineering actors.
  • Develop automated dashboards in Power BI for tracking KPIs, engineering health metrics, budget, template, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and improve tracking tools in Excel (dynamic tables, formulas, macros, data models).
  • Built forecasting tools for workload, capacity, and budget utilization.
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and time allocation monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation, standard templates, and process governance for the department.
  • E nsure compliance with internal processes, templates, and reporting requirements from Stellantis.
  • Identify inefficiencies in reports and propose automation or process improvements.
  • Standardize dashboards and reports for all teams under Interior, Mechatronics, and NVH.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Experience in mechanical design and materials
  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Business Analysis or similar roles.
  • Software CAD management (CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Experience with interior automotive manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with CATIA V5 and Teamcenter
  • Solid knowledge of Excel (dynamic tables, XLOOKUP, PowerQuery, data models; VBA is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards).
  • Experience working with engineering functions, preferably in automotive or technical environments.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals (scheduling, risk management, KPIs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a global and dynamic environment.
