Inanna Wellness is a private house for aesthetics and well-being in the Charlottenstraße in Berlin-Mitte. We work quietly and precisely, with fine craftsmanship and carefully selected methods, in rhythm with our guests.

Tasks

Your work at Inanna Wellness

You accompany our guests on their path to visible refinement of skin and hair. Your work combines fine craftsmanship, passed down through generations, with carefully selected, scientifically founded methods of modern aesthetics. Technology enhances what hands begin. Hands give the result elegance.

You work in a small team of five people, under the professional leadership of Chantal Däumig, Master of the House.

At our place, every treatment has its time, usually an hour. We work with few guests and the attention that each encounter deserves, not with many appointments per day. What matters is the precision of your work and the attention for the person in front of you.

Your work leaves more than a visible result. You give people who come to us time for themselves and the feeling of being seen quietly.

Your focal points:

• You analyze skin and scalp precisely and give a clear, personal recommendation (Canfield VISIA®, HairMetrix®).
• You design hand-guided facial routines (Biologique Recherche®) and master traditional lifting techniques (Kobido®, Sculptural Face Lifting™).
• You set non-invasive technology where it complements the work of your hands: ultrasound (LDM® Triple), radiofrequency (INDIBA® Elite NS) and LED phototherapy (Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD).
• You perform advanced skin treatments with precision and care, including microneedling (Candela Exceed™) and chemical peels (VI Peel®).
• You take over permanent hair removal with laser (Alma Soprano Titanium®) and epilation (Apilus®).
• With gentle body work and manual lymph drainage, you ensure relaxation and well-being (Dr. Vodder®, Esalen®).
• You accompany people in special life phases with dignity and attention (MamiSpa®, OncoSpa®).

Your start:

To help you settle in, we structure your onboarding: a personalized mentor, regular development conversations, and a six-month period to get settled.

Qualification

What you bring

You are a state-approved cosmetician, whether at the beginning of your journey or with experience from the spa, clinic, or hotel sector. Precision, aesthetics, and attention characterize your work.

This position is designed as a part-time job with 50% capacity. If both parties wish, it can develop into a full-time job by the end of 2027.

NiSV certificates you bring or acquire shortly with our support.

You speak German fluently or at a comparable level, English securely. Other languages are welcome.

Discretion is self-evident for you. You work well in a small circle, meet people with calm and attention, and develop yourself further.
