ERP Systems Manager

Job Title: ERP Systems Manager (Apparel Manufacturing)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for candidates with apparel industry experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly experienced ERP Systems Manager with advanced expertise in CGS BlueCherry to oversee and optimize our apparel ERP environment. This person will act as the system lead — responsible for configuration, maintenance, user support, integrations, and data accuracy across all business functions including production, inventory, sales, and finance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical proficiency and a strategic mindset — someone who not only understands how BlueCherry operates, but also how to leverage it to improve workflows, reporting, and overall operational efficiency in a high-growth apparel setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for CGS BlueCherry ERP.
  • Manage all aspects of the ERP lifecycle — from setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to upgrades and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure data consistency and process alignment.
  • Lead user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Oversee integrations with PLM, EDI, accounting, and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with IT and leadership to implement process improvements and ensure system scalability.
  • Manage permissions, security, and compliance within ERP systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with CGS BlueCherry ERP within the apparel or fashion manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record managing ERP implementations or optimizations end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and costing within apparel operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into efficient ERP configurations and workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL reporting or other BI tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and train non-technical users.
