Your Role

As an Operations & Analytics Specialist, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics.

You will...

• Manage and execute key operational processes, including:

• Box and product-level forecasting
• Box pick logic (from orders to fulfillment)
• Logistics analytics
• Customer care analytics

• Serve as the subject-matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes
• Work cross-functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines
• Continuously improve tools, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and smarter operations

Your Experience & Skills

Required:

• 3–5 years in an analytical or operational role
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred)
• SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries
• Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
• Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
