We are currently looking for a Tester Mid/Senior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing software testing strategies, ensuring that systems meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will work with Agile/Scrum methodologies, applying black box and white box testing techniques. Additionally, you will contribute to software validation in critical environments, aligning with norms such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, collaborating with development teams and ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle.
• Implement and execute black box and white box testing, analyzing results and generating detailed reports of findings.
• Manage codes for automated testing, creating scripts that facilitate software validation.
• Hold planning meetings for tests, reviewing technical and business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Track sprints, retrospectives, and daily meetings to align test progress with the development team.
• Use testing management tools to create and manage test cases, track defects, and maintain traceability between tests and requirements.
• Validate and verify system functionality for data acquisition systems, performing tests on digital and analog data conversion and transmission.
• Program software embedded testing, using platforms and validation tools to ensure code stability.
• Apply ASPICE principles throughout all test phases, ensuring the process meets established quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Tester Engineer
• Knowledge in software testing lifecycle (execution, fault analysis, identification, and tracking of defects), TestRail, Jira, Defect Life Cycle.
• In-depth knowledge and application of the V-Model in software testing strategies.
• Advanced programming skills in Phyton for developing test frameworks.
• Experience in validating systems for data acquisition and conversion.
• Definition of test strategies aligned with technical requirements and international norms.
• Advanced knowledge in testing management tools and defects.
• Experience with Vector CANoe and CANalyzer in embedded software validation in the automotive industry.
• Advanced use of CI/CD tools for continuous validation.
• Intermediate-advanced English

Deseable:

• Mastery of DOORS for requirement traceability and configuration management.
• Advanced knowledge in ASPICE, ISO 26262, and quality norms for critical software.
• Implementation of automated testing strategies at an organizational level.
• Knowledge in Polarion for software lifecycle management.
• ISTQB Expert Level certification or equivalent.
