Responsibilities & Service Organization Direct medical responsibility for a unit of 20 to 25 patients (20 directly, 5 in joint follow-up with a psychiatrist). Multidisciplinary team with low turnover (4 doctors in total, psychologists, nurses, educators, social worker). Individual office and dedicated medical secretary. Co-animation of the team and external partnerships. Possibility to integrate personal passions into the clinic's therapeutic/artistic projects (theater, music, etc.). Working Conditions & Flexibility Working hours: Full-time (38 hours/week) with 9 weeks of paid leave per year (18 RTT days). Management open to part-time (0.8 or 0.6 FTE) with prorated RTT days. Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). 30 min lunch break included and paid. Recovery of public holidays coinciding with days off. On-call duties: Exclusive phone-based (from home), 1 week in 4 on average. No physical travel required (external emergency convention). Paid separately. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Starting from €80,000 gross annual base (negotiable based on profile) + on-call compensation. FEHAP (51) collective agreement: Seniority recognition (1% per year), technical skill supplement, profit-sharing bonus. General Practitioner with a strong interest/experience in psychiatry or child psychiatry.
