For the Region AG - LU - BS - BL - BE – SO, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality for our own brand Buderus as a Service Technician Heat Pumps (m/f/d).

Job Description

• You will be responsible for the professional commissioning and repair of heat pumps and comfort climate systems.
• You will perform careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You will analyze and resolve faults – expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You will advise customers on the ideal settings for the devices according to their personal needs.
• You will inform system owners about the comprehensive benefits of Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You will perform on-call duty (Pikett) in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ); preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry, NIV-15 certification
• Personality and Work Style: reliable, self-responsible, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: Solid experience in the field of heat pumps
• Languages: Fluent German language skills
