3D Rendering Specialist (Interior & Exterior)
Job description
We’re looking for a 3D Visualization Artist who can turn sketches, CAD files, Revit/SketchUp models, and reference images into fast, accurate, photoreal 3D stills for client presentations.
You should be comfortable owning a project from brief to final images, communicating clearly in English, spotting missing information, and keeping stakeholders updated without needing handholding.
Key OutcomesYou’ll be successful in this role if you can:
- Quality: Consistently deliver 9/10 photoreal interior and exterior stills (lighting, materials, and composition).
- Speed: Deliver standard stills within 48–72 hours, with minor edits within 12 hours.
- Reliability: Meet agreed deadlines without follow-ups or chasing.
- Clarity: Turn vague or incomplete briefs into clear, concrete options, asking the right questions when needed.
- Build 3D scenes from CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and reference materials.
- Set up realistic lighting (HDRI and artificial) and physically based materials (PBR).
- Place and adjust cameras for strong, believable compositions.
- Deliver:
- White/clay model stills for early approvals.
- Full material and lighting stills ready for client review.
- What has been completed
- What is in progress
- What information/assets are still needed
- Expected delivery times
Requirements
Requirements- Portfolio with 6–10 photoreal 3D projects (mix of interiors and exteriors).
- Expert-level ability in one primary toolchain, for example:
- 3ds Max + V-Ray or Corona
- Blender + Cycles
- SketchUp + V-Ray or Enscape
- Cinema 4D + Redshift
- Model cleanup and optimization
- UV unwrapping
- PBR texturing
(Not required, but a plus.)
- Familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows.
- Experience with Unreal Engine / Enscape, and/or creating short fly-throughs or turntables.
- Basic scripting or automation skills to speed up repetitive tasks.
- Product visualization (furniture, fixtures, finishes, or similar).
If your renders are frequently mistaken for real photos, and you enjoy turning incomplete inputs into polished, client-ready visuals, we’d like to hear from you.
Benefits
- Stable, long-term role with a steady flow of projects (not “one and done” gigs).
- Weekly pay, on time and predictable.
- Massive growth potential – room to grow into a lead visualizer, senior role, or team lead as we scale.
- Work with U.S.-based clients and high-quality design projects that stretch your skills.
- Clear expectations and feedback so you always know what “great” looks like.
- Autonomy and trust – you own your work, manage your time, and are treated like a professional, not a button-pusher.
