3D Architectural Visualization Artist (Unreal Engine)

The platform supports property teams in lead generation, virtual walkthroughs, and improving conversion rates with a streamlined leasing process. We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations using Unreal Engine for various real estate projects. Your work will involve: • Creating detailed and realistic 3D models of buildings, landscapes, and interior spaces; • Developing and implementing custom Unreal Engine materials and shaders to achieve desired visual effects; • Collaborating with our design team to ensure a cohesive visual identity for each project; • Working closely with our development team to integrate your visualizations into the Clay platform; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in 3D visualization software, including Unreal Engine, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve your workflow and output. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in 3D modeling and visualization using Unreal Engine; • Strong understanding of 3D modeling principles, lighting, and materials; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
