3D Animator

Parallel Learning is a fast-growing Printing & Fabrication company working with 180 leading manufacturing clients such as Schindler, Schaeffler, Thermax, Thyssenkrupp, JCB, GE, Jabil, Tetra Pak, and Atlas Copco. We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D Animator Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D animation principles, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. You will work on product animations, industrial visualizations, marketing visuals, and explainer videos for our manufacturing clients. Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D animations for product showcases, industrial processes, and marketing materials. - Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives. - Develop and refine 3D models, textures, and materials. - Set up lighting and camera compositions to achieve desired visual aesthetics. - Render animations efficiently and troubleshoot any technical issues. - Contribute to the conceptualization and storyboarding of animation projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D animation and visualization. - Assist in the post-production process, including editing and sound design. - Deliver animations on time and to client specifications. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Animation, Digital Art, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. - Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion. - Experience with 3D modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and rigging. - Knowledge of lighting techniques and rendering engines (e.g., Cycles, Arnold, V-Ray). - Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. - Strong visual communication and storytelling skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Portfolio showcasing your 3D animation work is required.
