3D Animation & Design (Blender & Unity) as Work Student / Intern (m/w/d)

A central part of our work is the visual representation of complex robotics systems and motion sequences. For this, we are looking for support in the area of 3D-Animation and Design with Blender.

Tasks

Creation of 3D models and animations in Blender with a focus on:

• Robot systems (e.g. industrial robots, modular platforms)
• Kinematic systems (joints, axes, grippers)
• Support in the development of motion sequences and concept animations
• Collaboration in the rigging of technical systems (mechanical structures instead of characters)Visualization of robotics concepts for studies and presentations
• Export and simple integration of assets in Unity
• Collaboration with our engineering team to implement realistic movements

Qualification

• Ongoing studies (e.g. design, media, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable)
• Very good knowledge in Blender (modelling, animation, good experiences with constraints/rigging)
• Interest in robotics, technology, or mechanical systems
• Good knowledge of movements, transformations, or kinematics
• Experience with Unity3D
• Creativity paired with technical interest
• Self-organized and structured working style
