What You’ll Be Doing End-to-end 360 recruitment across the US permanent market. Using best-in-class recruitment tools, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and placing top talent in various roles. This includes but is not limited to: sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels; conducting initial screenings and interviews; evaluating candidate qualifications and fit; negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. What You’ll Need To Succeed Proven track record of success as a recruiter in the US market with a strong network of contacts and relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
