360 Recruiter / Account Manager (Technology)

Compensation: Base Uncapped Commission Experience: 1–5 years in agency recruiting, sales, or business development preferred About the Role We’re hiring a high-performance 360 Recruiter / Account Manager to build and own a desk within the technology sector. This is a full-cycle role combining new business development (50%) with candidate delivery and account management (50%). You will operate like a mini–business owner: generating revenue through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships with clients, and delivering top-notch recruitment services. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at technology companies, • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them, • Conducting candidate searches and presenting qualified candidates to clients, • Managing the entire recruitment process from initial consultation to job offer extension, • Developing and executing customized recruitment plans for each client, • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve processes.
