360 Excavator Drivers (Tracked & Wheeled) - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport)

McGinley Support Services is urgently recruiting 360 Excavator Drivers (Tracked & Wheeled) to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects.

Job Details

  • Start Date: ASAP (urgent requirement due to Airside pass process)

  • Duration: Long-term ongoing role

  • Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)

  • Hours: To be confirmed

Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)

  • Days: £21.11 per hour

  • Nights: £26.39 per hour (1.25 uplift)

  • Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours

Requirements for 360 Excavator Drivers

  • Valid Blue CPCS Card (essential)

  • Previous experience operating 360 Excavators (Tracked and Wheeled)

  • At least 5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass clearance)

  • Preferably candidates who have worked with McGinley continuously for 5 years OR through CIS/Limited Company for 5 years

Role Overview - 360 Excavator Operator Heathrow (Airside)

As a 360 Excavator Driver on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for operating both tracked and wheeled excavators to support civil engineering and infrastructure works. This role requires proven experience on busy sites, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a secure airside environment.
