The proposed position aims to strengthen the medical team at the Addictology/Nutrition Pole, for the care of patients in Complete Hospitalization. Your main role will be to ensure the care of nutritional pathologies, such as complex obesity and type 2 diabetes, by actively contributing to Therapeutic Education Programs in a multidisciplinary approach. In parallel, you will provide support for patients presenting addictive pathologies, in close collaboration with the dedicated team.
The work schedule is designed for an excellent work-life balance: it's a 0.9 ETP position (31 hours and 30 minutes per week), ideally spread over four days, although a 1.0 ETP study is possible. Morning starts are flexible between 9:00 am and 9:30 am, with on-site presence until 6:00 pm at the latest. There is no on-site duty to ensure. Only phone shifts are required, managed by nine doctors, averaging one complete weekend per month and one daytime shift per week, with Saturday morning travel.
Regarding benefits, this position offers five weeks of paid leave. The salary, for a 0.9 ETP, can reach up to €95,000 gross annual, while for a 1.0 ETP, it ranges from €75,000 to €100,000 gross annual, with the ceiling reserved for very experienced profiles. The practitioner must actively engage in institutional life, particularly in medical meetings, instances (CME), and master the use of the OSIRIS Patient Information File, as well as rigorous data entry into the PMSI. We are looking for a healthcare professional holding the State Doctorate in General Medicine and who is necessarily registered or registrable with the Order of Physicians. A training, clinical experience, or interest in Nutrition and/or Addictology will be considered a major asset for this position, given the specialties of the pole to integrate.
Personal and professional qualities are essential to ensure successful integration into this cohesive team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent relational skills, indispensable both with patients and multidisciplinary teams. A strong commitment to the care project and institution, as well as a pronounced team spirit, are fundamental qualities sought. The existing medical team is stable and solidary, which requires that the new practitioner shares these values.
