Join a private non-profit healthcare establishment, a major player in public hospital services, recognized for its excellence in practices and quality of patient care. The Hospitalization at Home (HAD) activity is a strategic pillar, ensuring the care of over 170 patients per day on two distinct territories: a coastal sector and an urban sector near the metropolis. HAD offers a polyvalent healthcare offer for adults (75%) - covering palliative care, complex wounds, heavy nursing, enteral and parenteral nutrition, rehabilitation (orthopedic and neurological), as well as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusions. A specialized team also takes care of pediatric and neonatal activity (25%).

We are looking for a General Practitioner (F/H) to strengthen the HAD medical team. You will join an experienced team composed of 6 adult general practitioners and 3 pediatricians. A training and accompaniment period will be set up to facilitate your adaptation and autonomy. Your role will consist of ensuring coordination and continuity of patient care at home, including visits to patients (including in EHPAD) and teleconsultations. You will be the essential link with healthcare professionals, whether they are liberal or hospital-based. You will actively participate in continuous quality evaluation, strategic decision-making for the service, and training for healthcare teams. The management of qualitative medical information in the patient's electronic file is also a key mission. The position offers flexibility with the possibility of working one day per week from home. The active file, with approximately 30 patients per doctor, allows for personalized and in-depth follow-up. The position includes phone astuteness 24/7, distributed fairly among the medical team without physical travel. Employment Conditions and Advantages: *Attractive and evolving remuneration package of €90,000 to €100,000 per year (FEHAP collective agreement), including Ségur provisions and an annual interest-bearing agreement. *Generous time off: 9 weeks of paid leave (holidays, RTT, and others). *Continuing professional development: Funding for training, an annual congress, and the possibility of obtaining University Diplomas (DU) or Capacities. *Travel facilitations: A rental vehicle (also personal use) or a service vehicle (only professional use) will be offered.

Beyond your technical skills, qualities such as conciliation, reactivity, listening, and diplomacy are essential to interact effectively with the multiplicity of actors involved in home care. You are a force for good, rigorous, and equipped with an excellent team spirit. Mastery of digital tools (smartphone, laptop) is essential for managing medical files in a mobile situation.
