(30600) Temporary Training Assistant (6-month Contract)

Work closely with Programme Team and Instructors to ensure seamless delivery of the full programme. Oversee programme logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain operational excellence. Monitor programme quality and participant engagement, implementing improvements as needed. Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day programme operations and stakeholder coordination. Provide comprehensive support to Instructors and Programme Team during course workshops and learning activities. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including participants, instructors, and programme administrators. Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to the programme, such as scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup. Develop and maintain programme documentation, including programme schedules, participant lists, and evaluation reports. Collaborate with Programme Team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the programme. Provide support to Instructors in preparing for and delivering course workshops, including developing presentation materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring technical requirements are met. Coordinate with Programme Team to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for programme delivery. Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Serve as liaison between the programme team and other departments or stakeholders, providing information and support as required.
