Industrial BIM Specialist

We are looking for an Industrial BIM Specialist with experience in industrial environments, responsible for modeling, coordinating, and managing technical information through collaborative platforms such as Revit and BIM 360, ensuring the quality and precision of multidisciplinary models throughout the project cycle. The ideal profile has experience in design and construction projects for industrial plants, logistics centers, or technical installations, dominates BIM tools, and has the ability to collaborate with architecture, structure, and electromechanical installation teams under a digital methodology oriented towards efficiency and prevention of interferences. Activities to be performed:

• BIM modeling of industrial installations (structure, architecture, electromechanical installations)
• Coordination and tracking of collaborative models in the cloud through BIM 360
• Support in technical reviews, design adjustments, and executive documentation
• Identification and resolution of conflicts (Clash detection)
• Generation of deliverables for construction based on BIM models
• Support in site reviews if the project requires

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial projects with active use of BIM
• Having participated in at least one complete project from the design stage to construction or validation of industrial installations (plant, warehouse, logistics center, etc.)
• Desired experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (civil engineering, electrical, mechanical, contractors, etc.)
• Career paths: Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (with a focus on industrial design)

Tech Knowledge and Skills:

• BIM methodology applied to industrial projects
• Coordination of disciplines: architecture, structures, mechanical, electrical, and special installations
• Interpretation and review of 2D and 3D plans
• Collaboration in shared environments (Common Data Environment - CDE)
• Detection of conflicts (Clash detection)
• Generation of reports, construction plans, cuts, and quantifications based on BIM models
• General knowledge of industrial construction regulations (NOMs, local codes, etc.)

Software Required:

• Revit (indispensable)
• Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) – indispensable for collaborative work
• AutoCAD 2D and 3D (intermediate to advanced)
• Navisworks (for review and conflict detection – desirable)
• MS Office (Excel primarily)
• [Optional] QTO or quantification tools

• Good communication management with technical areas and contractors
• Availability for virtual or in-person meetings as needed by the project
• Desired intermediate to advanced English
