3. Technical Watch Officer (m/w/d)

Tasks

As 3. Technical Watch Officer, you will monitor and operate the main and auxiliary machinery systems, support maintenance and repair work, and ensure a safe and economical ship operation together with the machine team. Together with the Leading Technical Officer, you will plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and dry dock times. You will work with modern systems and be responsible for documenting technical procedures.

Qualification

Fachliche Qualifications

• STCW-Befähigungsnachweis Reg. III/1
• Basic Safety Training (STCW VI/1)
• Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (STCW VI/2)
• Advanced Firefighting (STCW VI/3)
• Engine Resource Management
• Suitable for Service

Persönliche Voraussetzungen

• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Independent and structured working style
