Job description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive 2nd Line/Environments Support Engineer to provide high-quality application support, monitor systems, and resolve incidents for our diverse range of clients.
This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 second-line application support across multiple platforms
- Manage alerts from monitoring systems and ensure timely resolutions
- Resolve incidents, identify root causes, and implement workarounds
- Handle Major Incident Management and participate in related calls
- Collaborate with team members and follow guidelines set by team leads
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B1+ level)
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role
- Basic understanding and usage of SQL
- Competency in Linux command line, networking fundamentals, or application monitoring tools like New Relic
- Familiarity with cloud providers, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience with incident management frameworks and tools like ServiceNow
- Capability to work in alternating shifts (morning and evening) and occasional weekend coverage
Nice to have
- Expertise in application monitoring tools such as New Relic
- Knowledge of programming, scripting, or reading source code
- Background in networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, firewall management, load balancing)
- Exposure to development environments and extended IT frameworks
