Praca zmianowa 24/7 | Wymagana znajomość języka polskiego Poszukujemy Specjalisty ds. Wsparcia IT 2. Linii, who will join our team responsible for supporting a large information system. The job takes place in a 24/7 shift schedule, with evening and night shifts being performed remotely. The work has a hybrid character: 2-3 days per week in the office in Warsaw, while the rest of the locations work fully remotely. Your responsibilities will include: • Support, analysis, and troubleshooting of IT systems; • Monitoring and maintenance of system performance; • Identification and resolution of technical issues; • Collaboration with other team members to resolve complex problems; • Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Praca ma charakter hybrydowy: 2–3 dni w tygodniu w biurze w Warszawie, pozostałe lokalizacje pracują w pełni zdalnie.
