Job description
MEXAA-IT is a reliable IT service provider from the Rhine-Main region. We advise and support companies with individual IT solutions – from analysis and conception to practical implementation.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/f/d). If you enjoy solving technical problems, work in a service-oriented manner, and enjoy direct contact with customers and users, we look forward to getting to know you.
Tasks
- Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems at the workplace
- 1st and 2nd level support for our customers – by phone, via ticket, and on-site
- Provisioning and configuration of Windows and Apple devices
- Uninstallation and installation of software via software distribution
- Setup, dismantling, and relocation of IT workstations
- Structured cabling and patching in network cabinets
- Documentation and inventory of IT systems and devices
- Logging of incidents and solutions in the ticket system
- Onboarding of new employees into IT systems and security policies
- Participation in internal IT projects
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Proficient in handling Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of handling Apple devices and macOS
- Service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Experience with ticket systems, ideally HelpLine or Jira Service Management
- ITIL certification
- Certifications in the field of IT Support
