2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/f/d)

MEXAA-IT is a reliable IT service provider from the Rhine-Main region. We advise and support companies with individual IT solutions – from analysis and conception to practical implementation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/f/d). If you enjoy solving technical problems, work in a service-oriented manner, and enjoy direct contact with customers and users, we look forward to getting to know you.

Tasks

  • Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems at the workplace
  • 1st and 2nd level support for our customers – by phone, via ticket, and on-site
  • Provisioning and configuration of Windows and Apple devices
  • Uninstallation and installation of software via software distribution
  • Setup, dismantling, and relocation of IT workstations
  • Structured cabling and patching in network cabinets
  • Documentation and inventory of IT systems and devices
  • Logging of incidents and solutions in the ticket system
  • Onboarding of new employees into IT systems and security policies
  • Participation in internal IT projects

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
  • Proficient in handling Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of handling Apple devices and macOS
  • Service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ticket systems, ideally HelpLine or Jira Service Management
  • ITIL certification
  • Certifications in the field of IT Support
