To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate hire of a 2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/w/d). If you enjoy solving technical problems, work service-oriented, and have fun with direct contact with customers and users, we look forward to getting to know you.

Aufgaben

• Error analysis and correction of hardware and software problems at the workplace
• 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support for our customers – by phone, via ticket, and on-site
• Provision and configuration of Windows- and Apple-devices
• De-installation and installation of software through software distribution
• Setup, teardown, and relocation of IT workstations
• Structured cabling and patching at network switches
• Documented inventory of IT systems and devices
• Logging of disturbances and solutions in the ticket system
• Orienting new employees to IT systems and security guidelines
• Participation in internal IT projects

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Safe handling of Windows operating systems
• Fundamental knowledge of working with Apple devices and macOS
• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
