2nd Level Software Support (m/w/d)

As a member of staff (m/w/d) in 2nd Level Software Support, you will be the interface between the development department, project management, sales partners, and customers. From support to testing, we offer you a varied range of tasks in our rapidly growing company group.

Tasks

• You provide software support via telephone, email or ticket system around our own-developed and successful software products
• In collaboration with software development and product management, you analyze and solve technical problems
• You act as a technical consultant and are responsible for the creation and implementation of problem-solving scenarios in your team
• You test new and existing features/components in Dynamics CRM
• You help optimize support processes and support the team in shaping and implementing quality assurance measures
• You serve as an interface between the development department, project management, sales partners, and our customers

Qualification

• Completed education in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable education
• Practical experience in software support or software development
• Knowledge in one of the following technologies:
  - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  - Cloud and infrastructure technologies
  - Microsoft Copilot
  - Databases (preferably Microsoft SQL-Server)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, English good knowledge
