2nd Level Applications Supporter IAM (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our team in Frankfurt a.M. and are seeking a 2nd Level Applications Supporter (m/w/d) for the IAM department.

In this role, you will work together with your team to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the Identity- and Access-Management-Plattform One Identity Manager in the 2nd-Level-Support at our customer's site.

You will function as a central point of contact for technical issues, authorization problems, and complex inquiries from various departments. You will analyze and process incidents and changes independently and work closely with the departmental teams, the development team, and the 3rd-Level-Support together.

Tasks

• Operation and support of the ONE Identity Management Plattform
• Analyze and processing of incidents and service requests in the 2nd Level Support
• Error diagnosis and troubleshooting in the One Identity Management Plattform
• Support for role- and authorization management
• Maintenance and documentation of support processes, as well as knowledge base articles and report creation
• Closely working with departments, development team, and 3rd Level Support
• Participation in Jour Fix Meetings

Qualification

• Professional experience, study or training in the field of IT
• Experience with ONE Identity Manger or comparable IAM tools
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL database queries (e.g. SELECT queries, JOINs)
• Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP / Entra ID and authorization- and workflow management
• Experience working according to IT Service Management processes
• ITIL knowledge
• Structured and independent work style
• Good communication skills and a quick understanding ability
• Fluent German language skills at least C1 level and English language skills at least B2 level
