Job description
• Prepare dishes from the daily menu, based on received demands, cooking, grilling, and baking food.
• Assemble individual plates, buffets, trays, etc. and distribute them to consumption areas.
• Execute confectionery activities, preparing sweets, cakes, etc.
• Monitor buffet consumption and provide replenishment of food when necessary.
• Collect food at the end of services, both from the buffet and kitchen, and direct it to the appropriate destination.
• Apply relevant food safety practices in the area
• Guide the Kitchen Assistant.
Execute other related tasks as needed according to the area's requirements.
