2IC Retail Consultant - Fashion (Part Time)

Job Description This is not just a support role - you’ll be a key driver of sales, particularly on Saturdays where you’ll take the lead on the shop floor. This is a permanent part time position and we’re looking for someone who can confidently engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver a considered styling experience that converts to sales. You’ll be responsible for: Leading sales on Saturdays and contributing strongly across all shifts Delivering a personalised, high-level styling experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike Ensuring the shop floor is always well-organised and visually appealing Maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels Providing exceptional customer service at all times. This role requires: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands Ability to lift up to 25kg (as required) Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
