We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre aims to foster a vibrant ecosystem that drives innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth in the cybersecurity sector. As a Programme Manager/Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Centre's strategic plans, programmes, and initiatives. This includes identifying and prioritizing key areas of focus, building partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective collaboration and coordination across the Centre's various programmes and initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of programme managers, coordinators, and other support staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in programme management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its trends, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
