(28667) Laboratory Senior Manager, NGRIP Innovation Hub

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Laboratory Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations and safety management of a dynamic, multi-user laboratory facility. The Laboratory Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the lab environment is well-organized, compliant with safety and regulatory standards, and fully functional to support research and development activities. This role requires strong expertise in lab operations, facility and resource management, strategic planning, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing laboratory operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The Laboratory Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory operations, including laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. The Laboratory Senior Manager will be expected to work closely with the NGRIP Innovation Hub team to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory and to support the development of new research and development initiatives. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work a standard 37.5-hour workweek, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
