BLOCK71 Singapore is preparing for the next phase of growth. We have incubated 10 unicorns during their early days, along with thousands of other startups since our inception 2011. As we look into a new era, we are redefining the ways BLOCK71 Singapore supports and interacts with founders and the startup ecosystem at large. To support this transformation, we are looking to onboard a Programme Head has a passion for supporting the next generation of groundbreaking startups. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success for our portfolio companies. This role will be responsible for leading the development of our ecosystem development programme, working closely with our founders, partners and stakeholders to identify and address the needs of the startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, partners, and investors. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing programmes and initiatives to support the growth and success of our portfolio companies. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to be proactive, flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks.
