Job description
Design and install IBM MQ and/or RabbitMQ, deploy enterprise applications, ensure installation and configuration of environments.
Provide second- or third-level support to applications and developers.
Ensure documentation, tracking, and resolution of incidents; monitor recurring problems and propose permanent solutions.
Participate in — and potentially lead — projects aimed at setting up or improving development services and automated solutions.
Work closely with business and IT teams to develop cost-effective, operationally viable, and complex-need-responsive solutions.
Recommend and design new technologies and solutions, including hardware and software, and produce associated documentation for projects.
Meet deadlines and respect all established standards and guidelines.
Evaluate new technologies to meet business needs.
