We are seeking a Specialist in Assembly Engineering, this position is open to recent graduates or profiles with maximum 2 years of professional experience.

Activities to be performed:

• Perform event sequence and time studies to improve assembly efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation OMS for standardization of processes.
• Lead initiatives for density loading and optimization of material flow.
• Support activities in documentation and planning such as GSOE, MPP, and PFEP.
• Contribute to the design and updating of layouts in productive areas.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices in assembly engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.

Knowledge in CAD simulation and layout development.

Solid understanding of assembly processes and industrial environments.

Management of tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge in logistics and material planning.

Desirable experience with tools like CREO, AutoCAD, MPPlanner, Windchill.

Advanced English.

Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
