We are looking for a Junior Data Simulation and Analysis Engineer, recent graduate with maximum 2 years of experience, to join our team in Querétaro. In this role, you will be responsible for performing data simulations and analysis for project development and operational improvements. You will work closely with engineering teams to analyze data and generate reports that drive strategic decision-making.

General Activities:

Develop simulation models of processes using tools like FlexSim.

• Participate in operational data analysis projects for decision-making.
• Collaborate on the design and development of functional applications with PowerApps.
• Prepare interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Document processes, workflows, and improvement suggestions.
• Support plant information gathering and process mapping.
• Work as a team with interfunctional areas such as manufacturing, quality, and engineering.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Basics knowledge of process simulation (preferably FlexSim).
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization (Power BI).
• Desirable experience or training in PowerApps.
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
• Intermediate English (Advanced preferred).
