Who We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management). * Strong academic performance and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. * Leadership potential and a passion for driving results. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team. * Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is a plus. * Willingness to relocate as needed for rotational assignments. * Demonstrated interest in the manufacturing and/or building products industry.
