Task

As First Cash Responsible at Market, you coordinate the activities of the front-end (cash register, counter, reception, and service center). You ensure good customer flow at the cash register.
You are also responsible for financial flows at the cash registers, supervising the work of the cashiers is extremely important. You prepare schedules for the cashiers, reception staff, and personnel responsible for the main cash register.
You provide support to your manager in managing activities at the cash registers.

Responsibility Area

You are responsible for the following:

• Putting the customer at the center of every initiative you take.
• Listening to customers, informing them, and helping them further.
• Answering and solving any questions or problems customers may have.
• Briefing and supporting cash register personnel daily.
• Distributing work among cash register personnel.
• Carrying out all tasks related to opening and closing the cash registers.
• Regularly checking and preparing cash funds. Ensure timely transfers of funds. For money transfers, take care.
• Developing and implementing cash register plans and ensuring they are followed.
• Familiarizing yourself with informational programs, administrative procedures, and procedures related to cash registers and the main cash register.
• Bouncing in at busy moments to help at the cash register.

Profile

• You have a secondary diploma or relevant experience within sales / retail / hospitality or catering, and you have affinity with cash work.
• You have experience managing a team.
• You are customer- and result-oriented.
• You are strong in organizing and planning.
• You are flexible. Working in a variable schedule and on Saturdays does not scare you off.
• You are a team player and communicate fluently.
• You have an analytical mind.
