1st Level Support Projects & Operations (BPO) (m,w,d)

You are the first point of contact as a First-Level Support in Project Management for our process Business Process Outsourcing. You ensure that customer and employee requests are handled quickly and professionally:

Tasks

• Receipt and processing of incoming inquiries via email, ticket system or phone
• Initial error analysis and resolution of standard problems
• Forwarding complex issues to the Second Level Support in Development or departmental areas, including documentation
• Maintenance, documentation and expansion of our internal knowledge database (Wiki)
• Support for system usage (e.g. onboarding new customers, explaining functions)
• Customer feedback reception and proactive communication about known disruptions or maintenance work

Qualification

• First experiences in IT support or customer service, ideally in the SaaS/B2B field
• Basic understanding of web applications, user roles, access rights and IT systems
• Excellent customer- and service-orientedness, as well as friendly and professional demeanor
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Structured working style, reliability and team ability
• Experience with ticket systems is advantageous
