1st-Level Support (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Bonn, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "1st-Level Support (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• As a 1st-Level Support (m/f/d), you are responsible for receiving and processing incoming IT requests.
• You will analyze and resolve technical issues and support users with hardware and software problems.
• You will document incidents and their solutions in the ticket system.
• More complex requests will be forwarded to downstream support teams.
• Your area of responsibility also includes supporting the installation, configuration, and management of IT workstations.

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a certified IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system electrician (m/f/d), IT systems management assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you already have experience in 1st-level support (m/f/d), IT support (m/f/d), or a comparable position.
• You work solution-oriented, are strong in communication, and structured in your interactions with users.
• Good German language skills round off your profile.
