1st Level Support (m/w/d)

The effismagroup GmbH & Co. KG has been a specialist consulting firm in the automotive sector for over 20 years and accompanies customers in implementing digital solutions.

We are looking for motivated support staff for the global rollout of a test drive and rental system. For this position, you will be the first point of contact for users in France, supporting them with technical and application-related questions and working closely with the 2nd Level Support team. You can expect a modern, international work environment where service orientation and communication skills play a central role.

Tasks

• Receipt and processing of support requests (telephone & email) from system users in the French market
• Friendly and competent answering of standard inquiries
• Documented and tracked all requests and solutions in the ticketing system, as well as maintenance of a Q&A catalog
• Initial analysis and solution of user inquiries at the 1st Level Support level, with further referral of more complex support cases to the 2nd Level Support team
• Active contribution to high service and customer satisfaction

Qualification

• Very good French language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level)
• Reliability and availability at fixed working hours (either Monday-Friday, 8-12 am or Monday-Friday, 2-6 pm)
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work approach
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Bonus but not a must:
• Basic technical understanding
• First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service
