As the first point of contact for our customers, you will receive support requests and ensure smooth IT operations in public administrations and medium-sized companies.

Compensation

The gross salary for this permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week and 30 vacation days per year ranges between EUR 36,000 and 48,000 per year.

Your First Few Months

You will receive inquiries from our customers, analyze support requests, and accompany the daily IT operations of our long-standing partners.
