1st Level IT-Support (m/w/d)

The n-komm GmbH stands for innovative IT solutions, reliable service, and partnership-based cooperation. With long-standing experience, we support our customers in their digital transformation and daily IT operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed support in 1st Level IT-Support.

Aufgaben

As part of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth IT operation:

• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries (telephone, email, ticket system)
• Support in the area of client technology (Windows environments, workplace systems, peripherals)
• Care for end users of our customers with hardware and software problems
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients, notebooks, and mobile devices at customer sites
• User and rights management (e.g. Active Directory) in customer systems
• Support for standard applications (e.g. Microsoft 365, print systems, VPN)
• Analyzing and resolving issues via remote access or on-site at the customer's location
• Documented inquiries and solutions in the ticket system
• Forwarding complex cases to the 2nd Level Support
• Participation in rollouts, updates, and IT projects at our customers' sites

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. computer scientist) is advantageous
• First experience in IT support or customer-oriented helpdesk is desirable
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and common standard software
• Basic understanding of networks, clients, and IT infrastructure
• Outstanding service and customer orientation
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Very good German language skills are absolutely required
