1/2 Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Half Kitchen Assistant for the industrial kitchen in the Vila das Hortensias neighborhood, Jundiai/SP. Responsibilities: Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of food, such as cutting meats, vegetables, greens, and desserts; Support the cook in executing recipes and assembling meals; Sanitize food, utensils, equipment, and work areas; Organize and store products according to conservation and expiry date standards; Assist in inventory control and ingredient separation; Replenish food on the distribution counter/refectory; Operate industrial kitchen equipment safely; Comply with hygiene, occupational safety, and good food handling practice standards; Assist in the collection and proper disposal of waste; Maintain a clean and organized environment during and after activities. Requirements: Desirable completion of elementary school; Previous experience in industrial kitchen, restaurant, or refectory; Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitary hygiene; Ease of teamwork and operational agility. Availability to work in the afternoon or evening, according to the established schedule.
