Job Title and Role Purpose: IT TECHNICIAN

To strengthen the Operations structure, we are looking for a person to be hired as an IT Technician. The resource will have the objective of providing support to users in managing major hardware, software, and infrastructural issues, contributing to the continuity and improvement of company IT services.

Organizational Chart

The resource will be integrated into the Information Technology area and will collaborate with the IT team, users from different company functions, and external suppliers involved in the provision of technological services.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage user Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests, ensuring timely support oriented towards continuous service improvement.
• Manage and support user devices, including computers, printers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Perform troubleshooting activities related to hardware, software, application, and infrastructural issues.
• Support other IT office functions in resolving technical issues.
• Liaise with external suppliers involved in providing assistance and support services to users.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience in managing Virtual Desktops, clients, servers, and Microsoft domains.
• Basic knowledge of network device management and configuration.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Availability for short business trips within the territory.

Contract Conditions

• Work location: Mozzecane (VR)
• Working hours and work-life balance: Monday to Friday, full time, with the possibility of smart working.
• Remuneration package: commensurate with experience and seniority.
• National Collective Labour Agreement for Metalworking Industry.
• Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €25,000 - €32,000
• Monthly salary: €1600 - €2000
