The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for: • Analyzing and understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications; • Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery; • Providing technical guidance and support to IT teams; • Identifying and mitigating risks and potential issues; • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Coordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops; • Developing and maintaining documentation and reports; • Providing training and support to end-users; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Participating in the development of the company's IT strategy and roadmap; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a related field; • Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and technologies; • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
