What You'll Do: Provide tailored support to an individual student with specific educational needs Help implement personalised learning plans and strategies Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) or similar experience.
