Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant Location: Crookhey Hall School, Cockerham, Lancaster, LA2 0HA Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata) Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm Start: April 2026 UK Applicants only – this role does not offer sponsorship At Outcomes First Group, we believe in better work/life balance — and we’re putting wellbeing first. Key Responsibilities: • Provide individualised support to students who require additional learning assistance • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans • Support students in developing their social and emotional skills, including communication, problem-solving, and self-awareness • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and improve outcomes for our students. Requirements: • A relevant qualification in Education or a related field (e.g., BA Hons, PGCE) • Experience working with students who require additional learning assistance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
